Job Title: Software Implementation Consultant

Cegedim is seeking a skilled Software Implementation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and implement our award-winning software solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global supplier of application software and implementation services to the medical insurance, protection insurance, and assistance markets worldwide. As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with clients to capture and analyze their business requirements and processes
  • Designing solutions for clients' future-state business operations
  • Prototyping and configuring our software to support clients' 'to-be' business processes
  • Training customers on the software
  • Providing proactive communications and escalating risks and issues as needed
  • Traveling to client sites nationally and internationally
About You

We are looking for a proactive, client-facing software implementation specialist with a broad technical understanding and proven project experience within complex technical landscapes. You will demonstrate:

  • Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills, including building consensus and demonstrating thought leadership
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with the project team (internally and externally) and convey confidence to our clients
  • Excellent written skills, including documenting business requirements clearly, concisely, and to a high quality
  • Knowledge/experience of the implementation of APIs and/or system integrations (real-time, file-based, etc.)
  • Experience in system integration of software to external 3rd parties
  • Configuration of digital applications to client needs
  • Strong presentation and oral communication skills, ideally with experience in running workshops
  • Experience in training users in the use of software applications
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
