Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with autism and learning disabilities to develop their daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
- Assist with off-site activities, such as going to the gym, bowling, and sensory rooms.
- Provide support for individuals to engage in their interests and hobbies.
- Work closely with the registered manager, deputy manager, and senior staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Ability to drive and hold a full UK manual driving license.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
