NOW Group is a leading provider of services that support people with learning difficulties and autism to realise their full potential and change their lives for the better. We are seeking an experienced Sales and Events Manager to join our team at Loaf Cafe & Bakery, a social enterprise business that operates cafes and corporate catering throughout Greater Belfast and Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Manage key events, including logistics and event team management.
  • Build and maintain key customer and client relationships.
  • Engage in short, medium, and long-term business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with NOW Group's 'Organisational Approach to Safeguarding' to guarantee the safety and wellbeing of participants.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with maximum accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Resiliency and flexibility in the face of challenges.
  • Accountability for expenditures and budgets.
  • Ability to lead by example and share passion with the Loaf team and participants.
