The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence in our stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement store operations strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of store staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the area manager to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve store profitability and efficiency
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to supporting the area manager to achieve the highest store standards and customer service
