Legal Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Administrator to join our client's team in a dynamic legal environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and training, with a focus on administrative support and legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process legal aid applications and manage amendments.
  • Manage invoices and maintain office procedures.
  • Coordinate online diaries for hearings and filing dates.
  • Ensure hearings and meetings are flagged for allocation.
  • Chase outstanding documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Draft basic court documents and standard letters.
  • Coordinate client appointments and maintain client relationships.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and professionals via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Manage files, take meeting minutes, and maintain a high level of organization.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred, but strong administrative skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
