About the Role

We're seeking a talented Mid-weight Designer to join our team at Uncovered Group, a social-first creative agency based in London. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating captivating pitch decks and campaigns that showcase our brand's unique identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects, collaborating closely with our Art Director to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop convincing mock-ups for pitch decks, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand's message.
  • Work efficiently to tight deadlines, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Design striking and clear pitch presentations that engage our clients and stakeholders.
  • Advise and support the production team with styling for motion graphics, ensuring seamless integration with our brand's visual identity.
  • Prepare files and design for print, including OOH campaigns that effectively reach our target audience.
  • Be a design specialist, understanding digital and print production constraints and providing expert advice on these.
  • Build and manage the design of pitch/RTB decks, ensuring they meet our brand's high standards.
  • Oversee junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them deliver their best work.
  • Take ownership of approving work, ensuring it meets our brand's quality and accountability standards.
Requirements
  • Mid-Weight design experience in a marketing or advertising environment/agency.
  • Strong skills and proficiency in Adobe software, including the ability to build and manage the design of pitch/RTB decks.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental design principles, including visual communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of basic print processes and production techniques, as well as the ability to transform ideas into impactful visual designs.
  • Skilled in adhering to existing brand guidelines and creative problem-solving skills for design challenges.
  • Effective at visually communicating ideas and concepts, with a proven track record of delivering creatively and commercially successful projects.
  • Interest in youth culture, pop culture, and social good, with a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and industry developments.
