About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
- Work collaboratively with a close-knit team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and mobility support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
