Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Marlowe Fire & Security is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Salford Quays. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in scheduling campaigns and coordinating efforts across multiple marketing channels.
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing materials, including content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate social media accounts, update content calendars, and ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Organize events, product launches, and campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication.
  • Support businesses in creating tender presentations and bid proposals.
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide insights for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain monthly marketing reports to track progress and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies, including keyword tracking and ranking improvement.
  • Design and create marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
  • Coordinate equipment and branded merchandise to ensure consistent branding.
  • Support e-commerce site marketing efforts to drive sales and engagement.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A Level or equivalent in a business or marketing-related subject.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including SEM Rush, social media management tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
