Role Overview:
As a Fitness and Wellness Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team at BH Live Active – Pyramids, where we provide exceptional fitness amenities including a cardio zone, free weights, functional fitness areas, a group cycle studio, and a PULSE studio.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the fitness center, ensuring a premium facility for all users.
- Guide and instruct patrons on the safe and effective use of equipment.
- Develop, implement, and promote various gym floor classes, workout sessions, fitness challenges, and events.
- Offer personalized fitness advice and create tailored training programs for clients.
- Ensure a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all visitors to the center.
- Be prepared to assist at different locations and departments as required.
Qualifications Required:
- A Level 2 Fitness Instructors Qualification (YMCA, Premier, or equivalent).
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork.
- Previous experience in the leisure sector is advantageous.
Work Schedule:
Due to the nature of our operations, your working hours will include weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
