**Job Title:** Duty Manager

**About the Role:**

As a Duty Manager at Accor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will act on their behalf in their absence and be responsible for the entire operation, including Food and Beverage, Rooms, Guest Experience, and Sales and Marketing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Enforce standards to guarantee a consistently high-quality guest experience
* Coordinate all aspects of the operation to ensure each outlet functions at an optimal level in key areas, including service, revenue generation, and cost management
* Create a culture that is service-focused, positive, and driven to succeed, open to change, and creative in approach
* Foster talent within the department to ensure all reporting HODs and talents are effective in their current roles and developed to the next level

**Additional Responsibilities:**

* Carry out Duty Management shifts accordingly DM ROTA and business needs

**Requirements:**

* 40 hours per week
* Flexibility: Monday - Sunday
* Salary: To be confirmed
* Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall, and First Aid will be an advantage
