Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team at The London Clinic. As a key member of our outpatient services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing cancer and aesthetic treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing outpatient procedures, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, promoting positive patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and educate junior staff members, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance their clinical skills.
  • Participate in practice development forums, contributing to the advancement of nursing practice and the development of new initiatives.
Requirements
  • Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in plastics, aesthetics, or reconstruction, with a strong understanding of the associated clinical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical governance awareness, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
