Automotive Warranty Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team at Nicholas Associates Group Limited. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The ideal candidate will be smartly presented, conscientious, and possess excellent communication skills. They will be highly organised and efficient, with the ability to build rapport with our valued customers and develop strong and open working relationships with a wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve warranty claims efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised and efficient with strong time management skills.
  • Experience within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Kerridge and other dealer management systems is an advantage.
