Assistant Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team at Bone Daddies. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants and delivering exceptional food quality to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Kitchen Manager in managing and developing the kitchen team
  • Train and support junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Assist with menu planning, inventory management, and stock control
  • Contribute to the development of new menu items and promotions
