Private Client Solicitor Opportunity

Exec Recruitment Solutions is proud to partner with a reputable Law firm in the region to find a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their Wills, Trust & Probate team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Advising on Wills: Develop and implement comprehensive wills strategies for clients, including complex wills in our Wills team.
  • Probate Matter Management: Oversee a varied caseload of probate matters from start to finish in our probate team, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Inheritance Tax Planning and Estate Administration: Provide expert advice to clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Client Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support and grow the private client department, driving business growth and excellence.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications and Experience: A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client law, preferably in estate planning and probate.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in will writing and/or estate administration, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
