Private Client Solicitor Role

We are currently working with a reputable law firm based in the UK to recruit a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their Wills, Trust & Probate team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in will writing or estate administration, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and advising on wills, including complex wills in our wills team;
  • Managing a varied caseload of probate matters from start to finish in our probate team;
  • Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration;
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service;
  • Working closely with the team to support and grow the private client department.

Requirements

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in private client law;
  • Proven experience in will writing and/or estate administration;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients;
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail;
  • A proactive approach and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
