About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in will writing or estate administration, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client service. The client is open to individuals seeking full-time or part-time work, or those who have taken a career break and are thinking about returning to work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and advising on wills, including complex wills in the wills team;
  • Managing a varied caseload of probate matters from start to finish in the probate team;
  • Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration;
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service;
  • Working closely with the team to support and grow the private client department.

Requirements
