We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at TimePlan Education. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and learning and would like to gain more experience in the field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high quality of support for both students and teachers across all year groups, as well as acting as a link between the teachers, parents and outside agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for students and teachers across all year groups
- Act as a link between teachers, parents and outside agencies
- Lead small group interventions
- Provide pastoral care
- Keep up-to-date records
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- At least 1 year's experience working with children aged 4-11
- Knowledge of child development and behaviour management
- Commitment to safeguarding protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
