About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, assessment, and recovery planning to service users
  • Facilitate group sessions and promote carer, service user, and community involvement
  • Reduce drug and alcohol-related harm to service users and the wider community
  • Work with service users to support social reintegration and promote recovery, resilience, and self-determination
About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of substance misuse issues and experience working within a similar field. You will be an excellent communicator with good IT skills, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative.
