About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Systems Developer to join our team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Digital Design Collaborative, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, working closely with our partner organisations to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials for the EPR system, ensuring a seamless user experience for our staff.
  • Collaborate with our stakeholders to identify and address training needs, ensuring our staff are equipped to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our partner organisations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
  • Contribute to the development of our digital transformation strategy, ensuring our EPR system meets the needs of our patients and staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital systems development, with a strong understanding of EPR systems and their implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address training needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
