Job Title: Digital and IT Systems Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and IT Systems Developer to join our team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Digital Design Collaborative, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, working closely with our partner organisations to deliver exceptional patient care.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing training materials, working closely with our stakeholders to ensure that our EPR system is implemented successfully. You will have a strong background in IT and digital systems, with experience in training and development. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training materials for the EPR system
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the EPR system
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for staff
  • Collaborate with our Digital Design Collaborative to ensure that our EPR system meets the needs of our patients and staff
Requirements
  • Strong background in IT and digital systems
  • Experience in training and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
