We are collaborating with a dynamic organization that is undergoing a transformation and is in need of a UI Engineer to assist them during this transition.

Position: UI Engineer
Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with onsite presence required
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Project Overview:

The organization is looking for a UI Engineer as they embark on creating a new digital experience for candidates, aimed at enhancing the interactions between candidates and contractors.

The initial phase of this initiative involves developing a contractor onboarding portal to simplify the journey from candidate selection to fully onboarded contractor.

The UI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting features within our digital experience platform, contributing to the competitive edge of the organization as part of a compact software development team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in hands-on design, development, and testing of solutions, ensuring compliance with the organization’s architectural standards and guidelines.
  • Create UI designs (such as wireframes and prototypes) to gather early feedback.
  • Emphasize automation across infrastructure, testing, deployment, operations, and security.
  • Utilize extensive experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to construct modern web-based user interfaces.
  • Participate in Agile software development teams and navigate the complete software development lifecycle.
  • Previous experience with Liferay DXP is advantageous.
  • Possess a solid understanding of Microsoft Identity Management solutions.
  • Have a good grasp of cloud computing architectures, focusing on security, performance, and scalability, with experience in Azure technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
  • Exceptional writing and documentation skills.
  • Able to articulate ideas in both technical and user-friendly terms.
  • Familiarity with relevant data privacy practices and regulations.
  • Typically holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering).

This role is based in a hybrid model, requiring travel to the office as necessary.
