We are seeking a skilled Client Services Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our client services team, you will work closely with senior paraplanners and financial advisers to support our existing client base and assist in the process of onboarding new clients.

The Role

You will be given comprehensive training to understand our firm's operations and the ongoing requirements of our client base. You will support senior management, experienced paraplanners, and financial advisers across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional aftercare to all existing clients;
  • Support advisers with information requests as needed;
  • Organize and manage campaigns throughout the year to ensure relevant allowances are utilized;
  • Assist with top-ups, transfers, and withdrawals;
  • Manage the client annual review process;
  • Send quarterly valuation reports to all clients;

Data Management

  • Input and update client information into our CRM system;
  • Generate reports to monitor company performance;
  • Develop CRM processes to improve overall efficiency;
  • Utilize mail merges to contact clients for unused allowances and annual review reminders;

Additional Tasks

  • Maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) by attending seminars and completing relevant training;
