Client Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Co-ordinator to join our team at Jems Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our commercial business team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business clients, coordinating projects, and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Main point of contact for clients via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Liaising with business customers and internal teams to ensure projects are coordinated to deadlines
- Updating various reports using MS Word and Excel, as well as utilizing in-house systems
- Providing the highest level of customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Attending meetings when fully trained, supported by senior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems and software
- Experience working in a busy project-orientated environment, with a proven track record of delivering results
