Senior Client Service Coordinator

Hybrid role: Working 3 days in the office and 2 from home, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.
Progression: Available to senior project role.

We are seeking an experienced Client Services professional to join our team at a senior level. This role combines client and internal team coordination, phone and email communication, as well as reporting skills.
- Communicating with business customers by telephone and email.
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are coordinated to deadlines.
- Managing larger-scale client projects.
- Updating various reports using MS Word and Excel, as well as using in-house systems.
- Providing the highest level of customer service.
This is a busy and varied role, with excellent support and training in place. If you are keen to find a client-facing role, using organisational, administration and customer services skills, being the first point of contact over the phone for customers and ensuring multiple projects are completed on time, this will be an exciting new challenge for you.
We are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking with clients over the telephone and via email, with some experience working in a busy project-oriented environment. You will also have high attention to detail and excellent IT skills, especially using MS Word and Excel.
