About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Transformation Manager to join our Finance Transformation Advisory practice. As a Manager in the business, you will help drive delivery of Finance Transformations forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow the Finance Transformation advisory consulting business by supporting RFP/RFIs and broadening the footprint in existing client relationships.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, business unit, and division heads to drive client value.
  • Support points of view creation, resulting in significant client impact and strengthening Capgemini Invent's external reputation.
  • Design and deliver large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs by leveraging SAP Finance expertise in collaboration with Capgemini Invent and the broader Capgemini group.
  • Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics and apply insights to recommend short and/or long-term value creation for the client.
  • Ensure the quality of the work to be truly distinctive in its focus on client impact and tangible results.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization with experience in selling and delivering Finance solutions, including SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Proven SAP S/4 HANA Finance design and delivery experience in lead roles.
  • Experienced in working as a Finance workstream lead.
  • Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.
  • Experience of proposition building and delivery.
  • SAP S/4 HANA Finance Solution Architecture experience in lead roles.
  • Extensive SAP implementation experience using SAP business applications and technologies.
