About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team at Staffline Recruitment Ireland. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing innovative solutions to meet their needs, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the service they receive.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role, preferably in a recruitment or account management environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Qualifications: GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C or equivalent.
