About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at 2 Sisters Food Group. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by providing advisory services and supporting colleagues with a wide range of HR and welfare-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services to colleagues on HR and welfare-related issues
- Support management on site with project work, absence management, communication strategies, and driving colleague engagement
- Support several administrative systems, such as shift transfers, new starters, and leavers
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures within a fast-paced ER and Recruitment role
- Experience of a unionized manufacturing site, ideally within Food Manufacturing
- Familiarity with HR systems such as payroll, absence, and sickness management, and performance management trackers
- Formal HR qualification, such as CIPD, preferred but not essential
