About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our Global People & Places Team at Uniphore Technologies Inc. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Director, Europe, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and guidance to people managers and leadership teams across the region, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the HR Director to drive initiatives and address short-term business requirements, while also developing and implementing HR solutions in line with the HR plan.
- Partner with legal to ensure Uniphore meets its legal obligations and compliance requirements.
- Champion business initiatives through HR and leverage specialist functions within the HR team to support business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR best practices and share learning and insights with the wider HR team.
Requirements:
- Experience in an HR generalist role, combined with experience working in a comparable industry or organization.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience of Workday being a plus.
