Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery to meet defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards;
  • Monitor and report on performance against established KPIs;
  • Ensure safe project execution, adhering to all EHS&Q (including CDM) requirements at every stage;
  • Develop and implement the project execution strategy in alignment with Bilfinger's objectives for HPC;
  • Accurately define and manage project scope, estimates, and changes throughout the project lifecycle (NEC 3);
  • Ensure effective commercial management of the project, including profit margins, cash flow, invoicing, and customer approvals;
  • Manage performance of key suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring appropriate commercial arrangements;
  • Maintain ownership of the baseline schedule and control estimates, ensuring project integrity with any agreed changes;
  • Oversee project progress reporting, including percentage completion, actuals, forecast AFC, Earned Value, and agreed changes;
  • Build and lead effective project teams, ensuring adequate resource levels to meet schedules and maintain high productivity;
  • Implement project controls for risk management and change control;
  • Ensure adherence to company and project quality systems, raising concerns when necessary;
  • Act as the primary liaison with all stakeholders and internal/external customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels;
  • Maintain regular communication with MEH Alliance construction and Bilfinger project leadership, representing Bilfinger in relevant meetings;
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager;
  • Engage in development activities to maintain SQEP;
  • Be prepared to assume additional responsibilities as directed;
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to nuclear safety culture, ensuring actions taken today do not pose future risks.
