Job Summary

We are seeking a Mid Office Account Support professional to join our Direct and Bank Relationship Management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Relationship Management team in managing client requests, undertaking administrative tasks, and system-related activities.
  • Assist a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers in managing their workload, ensuring continuity of service for key customers.
  • Act as a second line of defense for Account Managers, providing administrative support and system functions to enable them to focus on client engagement.
  • Respond to or escalate level 2 queries on behalf of Account Managers when unavailable, and support ad hoc requests relating to the existing portfolio.
  • Manage level 2 tickets assigned to absent Account Managers.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other key IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
