About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ Manager to join our dynamic team at TSS Infrastructure Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems in compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • ISO Certification Management
    • Develop and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 27001 standards to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our infrastructure services.
    • Ensure that TSS Infrastructure Services are 100% compliant in accordance with ISO 45001 for Health and Safety; ISO 14001 for Environment; ISO 9001 for Quality Management.
  • Reporting and Metrics
    • Monitor and generate the monthly internal audit programme of the IMS and HSEQ, providing key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis to measure our compliance and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development
    • Identify training needs and deliver internal training to enhance awareness and competence among our team members on HSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Continuous Development
    • Stay up to date with changes in ISO legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure our compliance and competitiveness in the market.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, IT, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of managing ISO 27001 certification processes.
    • Knowledge of Azure infrastructure to apply the IMS to our estate.
    • Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, and RICS) are highly desirable.
