About TSS Infrastructure Services:
TSS Infrastructure Services provides professional consultancy services for the infrastructure industry. We also develop and offer software solutions within the sector, either as Software as a Service (SaaS) or our Managed Commercial Service (MCS).
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems in compliance with ISO standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that all of our projects are compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
ISO Certification Management
- Develop and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 27001 standards, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.
- Ensure that TSS Infrastructure Services are 100% compliant in accordance with ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety; ISO 14001 for Environmental Management; ISO 9001 for Quality Management.
Reporting and Metrics
- Monitor and generate the monthly internal audit programme of the IMS and HSEQ, providing key performance indicators (KPIs) on a regular basis.
Training and Development
- Identify training needs and deliver internal training to enhance awareness and competence among employees.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with changes in ISO legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, IT, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing ISO 27001 certification processes.
- Knowledge of Azure infrastructure to apply the IMS to our estate.
- Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, and RICS) are highly desirable.
