About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our HSEQ systems in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HSEQ management system in line with industry best practices.
- Ensure that TSS Infrastructure Services are compliant with relevant HSEQ regulations, standards, and industry trends.
- Monitor and generate regular HSEQ metrics and reports to inform business decisions.
- Identify training needs and deliver internal training to enhance awareness and competence.
- Stay up to date with changes in HSEQ legislation, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or IT.
- Proven track record of managing HSEQ systems and processes.
- Knowledge of industry-specific HSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, and RICS, are highly desirable.
