Job Summary:

Mellis Blue Accountancy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run payrolls for clients and handle payroll-related queries
  • Deal with HMRC and Pension Providers on behalf of clients
  • Ensure client payrolls are run on time and comply with legislation
  • Submit information to HMRC by deadline dates
  • Manage Auto Enrolment and Pension reporting
  • Collate information for payroll runs
  • Produce and submit RTI files to HMRC
  • Collate year-end information

Requirements:

  • Experience in payroll, ideally with multiple payrolls
  • Experience with Sage Payroll software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
