Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and inspire the success of a team involved in everything from inspection and faulting, through to maintenance and renewal.
  • Establish safety arrangements and check the quality of work.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the network.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and address risks.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing.
  • Knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting and renewal techniques.
  • Hold or be working towards an NVQ level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or have attained the appropriate level of knowledge gained through equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5t and a requirement to upgrade their driving licence by undertaking additional training.
Working Conditions

This role involves days, nights and weekend working, and is a safety critical role so subject to drug and alcohol testing and passing of the relevant medical assessment.

The salary for this role is £50,523 - IMC25 Contract + £1,950 Outer London Allowance.
