First Military Recruitment est fier de collaborer avec une entreprise exceptionnelle spécialisée dans la gestion d'événements, qui cherche à recruter un Technicien en Événements Live sur une base permanente en raison de sa croissance.


Cette entreprise fournit principalement des services pour des événements d'entreprise qui se déroulent généralement en semaine, bien que certains travaux le week-end soient nécessaires. Il existe une grande flexibilité concernant les horaires de travail, avec la compréhension que ce n'est pas un emploi traditionnel de 9h à 17h.

Ce rôle est varié. Vous aurez l'opportunité d'accroître votre expérience en audiovisuel tout en contribuant à la réalisation d'événements mémorables. En fin de compte, votre succès sera mesuré par l'exécution réussie et la création d'événements visuellement impressionnants.

Fonctions et responsabilités :
Vous examinerez les missions avec vos collègues pour vous assurer que l'équipement spécifié peut répondre aux exigences.
Vous préparerez, installerez et testerez l'équipement sur place avant de vous rendre sur le site.
Lorsque cela est nécessaire, vous communiquerez avec le client et dirigerez, coordonnerez l'équipe sur site.
Vous installerez et opérerez l'équipement sur site lors des événements en direct.
Vous aiderez à la planification et à la coordination du montage et du démontage des missions.

Qualifications et expérience :
Capacité à installer, configurer et résoudre les problèmes liés aux murs vidéo LED.
Compétences techniques en son et/ou vidéo pour les événements en direct avec une compréhension raisonnable de l'éclairage.
Expérience avérée dans des rôles techniques, travaillant dans l'industrie des événements en direct, que ce soit en tant qu'employé ou freelance.
Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles, notamment en gestion de réunions et en communication écrite.
Solides compétences en travail d'équipe avec la capacité de collaborer avec divers professionnels de différentes disciplines pour produire des événements en direct.
Instincts naturellement proactifs, avec un désir d'inspirer le changement et d'améliorer les opérations.
Excellentes compétences informatiques générales.
Une expérience dans la fourniture de services techniques pour des événements virtuels serait un atout.
