The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying residents' activity needs and wishes, producing a varied programme based on these findings, and exploring the most appropriate methods and resources for meeting activity needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising theme and fund-raising events as required
- Managing monthly activity budgets for entertainment, materials and outings
- Ensuring risk assessments have been carried out on all activities and outings
- Producing newsletters in accordance with the company newsletter procedure
- Updating social media pages on a daily basis
