About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and scheduling care packages to meet the needs of our clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families
  • Working closely with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Representing the company and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Care Coordinator or in a similar role
  • Previous experience of using booking and phone systems
  • Ability to deal with conflict in a calm and supportive manner
  • Strong work ethic and dynamic approach to the role
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team
