Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our multidisciplinary team as an Autism Specialist Practitioner. The successful candidate will work with adults with autism, providing diagnostic assessments and post-diagnostic support.

Main Duties
  • Screen and assess adults for autism spectrum conditions
  • Plan and facilitate post-diagnostic support, including individual and group interventions
  • Provide specialist advice and training to other staff members
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or Speech and Language Therapy
  • HCPC registration or Nursing and Midwifery Council registration
  • Minimum two years post-registration experience as a qualified professional
  • Experience of working with autism and neurodevelopmental conditions
