Join our team at The Recruiter Specialists Group Ltd and take on a challenging role as an Account Handler. In this position, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional service to an extensive list of existing SME book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, handling queries, renewals, and all related processes to ensure that clients' needs are met effectively and efficiently.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, leveraging excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the Directors to support the team and drive business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Account Handler role, dealing with high-value clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Understanding of both paper and electronic Insurance files.
  • An organised individual able to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.

This role is open to Full and Part Time hours. A great salary package is offered for the successful individual.
