Job Summary

Ryanair is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Flight Operations team as a Training Coordinator. This role is responsible for scheduling training activities for our pilots across our vast European network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate pilot training activities, including initial, recurrent, and upgrade simulator training.
  • Manage pilot training records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Administer data and training documents, as well as track errors.
  • Book and organize travel and accommodation for instructors and trainees.
  • Roster training and flight duties for Ryanair pilots.
  • Ensure scheduling and rostering processes are compliant with all industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven data entry, PC, and administrative skills.
  • Previous experience in the aviation industry or in crewing/rostering or resource management is preferred.
  • Qualification in operations/logistics/aviation management is suitable.
