As a Disability Assessor, your primary responsibility will be to independently evaluate cases of individuals applying for the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) benefit, as part of the Department for Work and Pensions' Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS).
This position entails conducting consultations and generating impartial reports. A thorough training program will be provided to equip you for your new responsibilities, allowing you to accumulate over 100 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points within your first three months.

Key Responsibilities as a Disability Assessor:
- Apply clinical expertise to evaluate individuals with diverse health conditions
- Conduct detailed assessments through various methods
- Analyze medical evidence to produce comprehensive reports that aid in the decision-making process
- Must be a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapist
- Active NMC/HCPC registration required
- At least 1 year of post-registration experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
