Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Category Manager to join our team at Sea Global. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives and managing commercial suppliers.

About the Role

  • Work closely with the Head of Category to identify business needs and develop category plans.
  • Oversee end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Build and implement category plans, as well as delivering sub-category plans.
  • Manage commercial suppliers, focusing on contract management, risk, KPIs, and SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT/Digital procurement, with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
  • International project experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CIPS and/or degree education is beneficial, but not essential.
