Job Role: Assistant Wellbeing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Wellbeing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized social and leisure schedules for residents, facilitating social links between residents, relatives, friends, and the local community, and inspiring staff to provide creative and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized social and leisure schedules for residents based on their interests and preferences.
  • Foster social connections between residents, relatives, friends, and the local community through various activities and events.
  • Collaborate with staff to inspire creative and personalized care approaches.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, group activities, and community events.
Requirements:
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or creative arts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative and creativity in developing innovative care approaches.
