Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our restaurants deliver consistently high-quality dishes that showcase our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement innovative menu designs that showcase our culinary expertise

•⁠ ⁠Lead a high-performing kitchen team and build a culture of excellence and innovation

•⁠ ⁠Ensure that all kitchen operations are run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu ideas and concepts that meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or casino environment
  • Demonstratable background in innovative menu design and creation
  • Experience of leading a team and building a high-performing culture
  • An understanding of Health & Safety procedures within a kitchen setting
