Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Content Strategist to join our team at Life Sciences Recruitment. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives business growth and enhances our brand reputation in the life sciences industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our leadership team to define the company's content vision and goals, including setting key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall brand strategy.
  • Develop and implement a content marketing plan that showcases our expertise and thought leadership in the life sciences industry, including the creation of high-quality content across various channels.
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and use this information to inform our content strategy and ensure it remains relevant and effective.
  • Work closely with our editorial team to commission and curate high-quality content from industry experts, including articles, features, and other types of content.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our content, using data and metrics to inform future content decisions and optimize our content strategy for maximum impact.


Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a content marketing or editorial role, preferably in the life sciences or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand reputation.
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and its trends, as well as a deep knowledge of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and formats.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
