Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Energy Associate to join our Corporate Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the execution of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions, including valuation, financial modeling, and cash flow analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on the energy sector, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and valuation models. They will also have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous M&A experience, with a strong focus on the energy sector (renewables, oil & gas, utilities, and/or energy infrastructure).
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, valuation, and cash flow modeling.
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree classification or equivalent.
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous.
