About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to drive the growth of our energy storage business in the EMEA region, with a focus on the Polish market.

As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence, identify new business opportunities, and provide critical business intelligence to inform our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Polish energy storage market.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, industry experts, and customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, and sales plans.
  4. Provide business intelligence and market insights to inform our commercial strategy and drive business growth.
  5. Support the development of thought leadership content and marketing materials to position Fluence as a leader in the energy storage market.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in business development, market research, and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of an undergraduate degree, with a postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, market research, or commercial strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with additional European languages a plus.
