Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to drive the growth of our energy storage business in the EMEA region, with a focus on the Polish market.
As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence, identify new business opportunities, and provide critical business intelligence to inform our go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Polish energy storage market.
- Develop forward-looking market forecasts and business case analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
- Lead stakeholder engagement and policy work in Poland, including policy research, drafting of position papers, and dissemination efforts.
- Collaborate with sales, product, digital, services, and execution teams to define market and customer segmentation, and define product vision, positioning, pricing, and promotion.
- Develop thought leadership content and work with marketing to position Fluence as a leader in the energy storage market.
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree, with a postgraduate degree or MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion in the energy storage or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Fluency in Polish and English, with additional European language skills a plus.
