**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and contributing to the success of our hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Offer expert knowledge of our menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage safety and sanitation policies are followed at all times.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
